To enter a session is quite simple. Select the location, game and limit you are about to play and your initial buy-in.

Then click the Set Start Time button to set the start time of the session to the current time.

When you leave the table, press the Set Finish Time, and enter the amount you cash out.

Then by selecting the Statistics menu item, you can see your standard deviation and hourly rate based on where, what, and how high you play.

It also includes the ability to graph the winnings, hourly rate, and standard deviation.

To install, unzip the file and double click on setup.exe to install the conduit and the prc file. To uninstall, use Add/Remove Programs.
